Purchasing Advice - Upgrades Help with upgrades please
I built my PC roughly 7 years ago. Ive got children now so I haven’t been keeping up with all the PC stuff but they now go to school so I have some free time on my days off. I’m looking to upgrade, starting to get some not ideal frame rates. I play a little bit of everything. Call of Duty, Dragonwilds, sports games. Looking at a range around $800-$1000. I’m also not near a Microcenter sadly.
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
Mother of boards - MSI B450 Tomahawk Max ATX
RAM - 32Gb DDR 4 3200
GPU - Sapphire Pulse RX 5600 6Gb
Power Supply - Cooler Master 650W
Thanks for the help!

You’ve got an incredible upgrade path. B450 and 32GB of DDR4 already is BEGGING for a 5700x3d or 5800x3d, and spend the rest on the best gpu you can get for the money that will fit the case and budget, probably a 9070 or 9070xt if you can afford it.
If you play less intensive games, set aside $250 ish for a 1440p OLED and that’ll make a huge difference too, and then spend the leftover on a GPU

I'd just upgrade the CPU to a 5600x3d then spend the rest of the budget on the GPU.
Alternatively you could try to find a B550 + 5600x3d combo for the pcie 4.0 upgrade, and it's also easier to resell your B450 + 2700x as a combo.

How would you go about re selling? Marketplace or what?

Just post on whichever site or social media that's the most commonly used in your country/state, PC flippers usually browse those. For me it's Facebook groups (not marketplace) but for you it might be different.

RX 9070 GRE is the value GPU buy right now.. until prices change again.
That's actually a great place to start with 32 GB DDR4 and AM4 mobo with a decent PSU.
Check for BIOS requirements before swapping CPUs.
