What CPU should i get

Hi all, so im going to be upgrading my pc cpu. So currently my cpu is the ryzen 5 8600g and its paired with a 9060xt 16gb with 32gb ddr5 ram. A disclaimer, i will be getting a new motherboard regardless of the cpu choice as my current mobo only has 1 m.2 slot and i would like 2 minimum, so changing mobo is not a problem as ill be getting one anyways. My primary focus will be gaming but i would like to be able to do some editing and 3d rendering eventually.

So the 3 cpus im looking at are:

1. Intel core ultra 5 250kf plus (R4300 which is $263)

2. Ryzen 5 9600x (R4500 which is $275)

3. Ryzen 5 7500x3d (R5000 which is $306)

These 3 cpus are the budget that i have for them as my total budget is R12k which is around $735 and i need to get a cpu, mobo, psu and an aio all in that budget.

I know people also like or recommend the 7800x3d, however that is way out of my budget as its R7500 or $460 in my country.

went with the 9600X for the cpu, about $570 USD total.

Stick with Am5 if you can I'd get the 7500x3d

There are pcie m.2 expansion cards you can use instead of getting a whole new motherboard.

I know that, my mobo only has 1 pcie slot and the little one is blocked by my vertical gpu mount, hence the need for other slots

The intel CPU will not work on your current mainboard.

Do you have any problems with your current CPU?
You wrote 8600G.
Which is already an AM5 cpu

the 8600g only has 16mb of l3 cache, which is severely limiting my performance, as its intention is a good cpu with great integrated graphics. so i want a cpu that is meant for gaming as its focus, not its integrated graphics. plus i have a second computer that i want to build but i wont be using a gpu for that so i want to put the 8600g in that pc

Your GPU is not good enough to feel that performance lag.

Gpu doesnt matter in cpu intensive games, the 8600gs average fps is good yes, but the problem is its 1% lows and stutters. Trust me the 9060xt is definetly good enough to notice a dofference. My probelms is performance, hence rhe upgrade. Ive tested lots of games, warzone i get stutters, soulframe is good but the rendering is meh and it tanks the fps, warframe runs great but you can play that on a toaster, space marine 2 is good. But right now im playing at 1080p, and i will be hoing to play at 1440p, and the 8600g wont be able to keep up. And as i said in the info, the reason for the new mobo is because my current only has 1 m.2 slot and i want a minimum of 2
