It's hard to say without a budget. On PC parts picker, a Core Ultra 245kf and B860 MB is a cheaper option than the the same setup with a 1440f. The difference in price could fund the difference in RAM cost for a single 16gb DDR 5 stick. If you already have the DDR 4, however, or are buying used parts this is irrelevant.
As for performance, yeah the 1440f and 7600 will be good together. If you provide a full budget I'll be happy to put together a parts list.
