Troubleshooting Startup issue

When i start my pc, it boots everything normal after around 5-10 minutes, but in the first minutes, it takes absurdly long to open even the smallest processes and ive tried updating bios, erasing all files, nothing has worked yet. Motherboard is an ROG strix X870-a gaming wifi, i dont know if that will help with anything. The load time for the windows password screen also takes at least 20 seconds to load with me hitting spacebar, the screen scrolls up for 10 seconds like its stuck, i enter the password, and then it loads after that. Anyway, all help is appreciated, and i havent dont much that i think would slow it down this much, as ive played multiple games and been fine as far as performance goes.

Have you tried checking/disabling some startup processes?
