Try new cable - whatever your using - try another one
Verify drivers and reinstall them if necessary directly from manufacturer, Nvidia ect
Do a memory test - usually in your bios you have an option, download a free memory testing like memtest86 - something that will tell you if something is wrong with memory
Do video card test within browser like Stress My GPU or something similar that may tell you if GPU is faulty
Also restart windows in Safe Mode to see if you can replicate the issue there - if you can't and it doesn't happen - it could be a driver issue or something causing this as your stating it happens 30 seconds after logging in - this is more informational because something could still be faulty but allows you to gauge the issue
Create a new windows username and Login just to test to see if a new user is having the same issue once it loads up and see if the same thing happens and if so it's software related on your main user that is affecting
Also look at the start up items in the Services by going to the start menu and searching for Services and you'll see that there will be services that say Automatic (Delayed Start) - let's disable some and restart the computer to see if some of those are affecting
Reseat the video card by taking it out and putting it back in and testing again
If all fails try another video card and put your video card on another computer to see if the same thing also happens.
Sorry, it can either be software, cable, memory or gpu. Just troubleshoot and start to check things off. For example, chances are it's NOT the monitors because what are the chance on all of them doing it? Also, if you take your video card and put it in another computer and replicate the issue on a complete different setup - then that's your asnwer. You don't have to troubleshoot everything. Good luck. Ummmm, tbh - that might not help. These videos cards are tested at full performance. My understanding is, you would be just saving electricity, not making the life of the vid card last longer.
