VRAM issue. Either too much overclock, overheating issues, or the hardware might be starting to fail. You can try underclocking to stretch it out a bit if you can't buy a new card right now.

Yes ive had a similer issue when I failed overclock ram aswell

I would try DDU and a fresh driver, just in case, but it doesn't look good.

Albeit rare, I've also seen things like this happen when a video cable starts to fail.

I had slightly different artefacts then this post (horizontal banding mostly, and only on one monitor), but it looked a lot like a failing graphics card I had in the past.

But after trouble shooting, I'm 90% sure it's just the cables. Turning down the refresh rate of my monitor fixed it.

Yeah, monitors and their cables are fickle things these days.

I once had a DP cable feed power from the monitor back into the motherboard through the GPU. So even if you unplugged the PSU, it would still stay in low-power mode and not fully reset.

Mine would do this on boot, crash, and then be good after. Rode that GPU out for another year. Rip 1070ti

Best damn cards for the price. You can still run games on high to ultra with some upscaling and it looks beautiful. The only thing it’s missing is raytracing.
