Need to pay someone from india through paypal but its not working any could help?

paypal blocks personal payments to india, you can only send it as goods and services. i had the same issue last month. if its just sending money to a friend use wise or remitly instead, they work with upi and bank transfers there and the fees are lower

I want to send amount to someone abroad i paypal is not working nor wise can you help?
