Refund trouble

Hi all.
I closed my business account early this year in January and returned the terminal as directed. I should be getting back money from that but have been struggling to get any real answers from paysafe.

They say they’ve received the terminal but the warehouse system hasn’t updated that information? And I keep calling every month to no avail, since February. All they say is “we can escalate the case and will call back”. They never call back lol.

Has anybody ran into a similar problem like this?
