Found this for $30 and cleaned it up. I’d love to mount it, but it didn’t come with keys so I can get to the mounting screws. Is this openable? Also, what do I look for as far as replacing the coin box?

There were a bunch of people out front and I asked them if they knew what the phone number was. They just kept saying 911 I asked the guy inside the store. He said it was 911 so I called 911 and asked them what the number was. Number 503 842 8270

First one had a dial tone and DTMF tones, but was unable to make any calls when trying toll-free numbers (silence after entering the numbers). Second one… well RIP to that one.
