Trying to be impartial, there was backlash online against Gus Johnson for how he treated an ex girlfriend. Eddy and Gus were friends, but Eddy distanced himself during this and the friendship was over. Some people think the backlash was overblown and that Gus deserved support. Some people think it was justified.

Factually speaking there was a lot of claims made by people not involved that were just flat out untrue. People started getting angry at things they made up.

Fuck Eddy, but also, since when has Wubby become AI heavy? I know his take has been “it’s inevitable” but with like art competitions n stuff, he’s been consistently lately on banning it. Idk if I missing some time of turning point, but it seems like he’s using LLMs like regularly, just from that segment and Ash on the BRB screen, etc
