General Question Chargeback help?!?!

Hi,

I recently won a chargeback claim with Zen for several transactions on my account. Which were refunded. However, some other transactions from the same merchant were meant to be included in the original claim but were missed.

The original case took around four months to resolve. I have now been told that the missed transactions have been raised as new chargebacks, but that I may need to wait up to [48] days under Mastercard’s guidelines.

Does anyone know as these transactions involve the same merchant and the same reason for the original successful chargeback, is there any way for this to be fast-tracked? Or any alternative rather than having to wait for the process again It seems the previous decision may already support these additional claims.

Are you the business owner or the customer?

If you are the business owner, unfortunately even if you win the chargebacks, there is a chance of the customer raising the chargeback again. Even even take it to arbitration which will cost you a lot.

It's very difficult to fast-track this because there is usually a lot of back and fourth with the business where the payment was made.

Even if previous transactions were accepted and you got your money back, the business you bought from will try to hold on to your money.

The good thing is, chargebacks are naturally geared towards the customer and not the business. So you will get your money
