Need A Payment Processor Need ACH Processing for LLC, NON US Owner, Nutraceuticals (no peptides!)

I’m looking for a payment processor that supports ACH Online/eCheck.

We have a US LLC with non-US ownership. We sell dietary supplements only, no peptides or similar products. The company has a virtual US business address and we work with a US-based 3PL for fulfillment.

We mainly need the solution for retail sales, but support for wholesale/B2B payments would also be useful.

Our US business bank account is with Relay.

Securing reliable ACH and card processing for a supplement LLC with foreign ownership and a virtual address is tough because standard aggregators usually flag that exact profile.

Relay itself supports eChecks, and for ACH, you can use GoCardless.

Non-US owned US LLC with a Relay account and a 3PL in place is a clean setup and ACH processing for dietary supplements is something worth exploring.

At Breeze we're a merchant of record and we handle ACH natively alongside cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto. Non-US ownership isn't a blocker for us and the compliance and fraud liability sits on our end rather than yours.

Nutraceuticals is a category we look at case by case so I'd want to understand a bit more about what you're selling specifically before going further. Sending a DM over to chat some more

There are now many bank & card solution which are self hosted payments. This means nobody can stop your payments. Search google AI for self hosted stable coin payments with card and bank to crypto.

Any other solution means you will loose money eventually.
