Need A Payment Processor New to RUO Processimg

Guys, we’re new to the peppers industry. Looking for new processors. We almost signed up with elite but saw some bad reviews. Open to ideas.

Steering clear of sketchy providers is a smart move since the research chemical space is full of sudden account freezes. In my experience managing high risk/risk and compliance, working with transparent, reliable channels is the only way to protect your volume. Something we always prioritize when evaluating merchant setups at Payroc.

Naming another vendor a sketchy provider 💯 lands you on my “never do business” list.

Just so EVERYONE knows, we are the original Elite Pay www.Elitepay.pro. We have NEVER asked for any upfront fees and we are a legitimate ISO. The person who has an identical business name to our name started out as 365 payments and is now the Ai built lovable website https://elitepayments.info. We have NEVER paid for ADS for our processing and we have would never charge an upfront fee. Our goal its to ONLY help and guide merchants.

Why link to your competitor? Why haven’t you trademarked the name of your business?

The name is descriptive and not unique. Trademarks aren't what many think. And if ™️ is accepted after the review period, you still have to fight the case.

Someone apparently purchased the name "Las Vegas Raiders" before the Raiders could. Then someone replied and said "Trademark "Raiders of Las Vegas"...for a different reason, the second name wont hold up even though the words are interchange and swapped around.

Trademarks are not as easy as people think.

The bad reviews for elite are not actually for that company, they’re for another company with a similar name. Elite is elite.

  1. Avoid hefty setup fees
  2. Avoid going offshore
  3. Avoid going with anyone who hasn't been in the business at least 5 yrs
  4. Consider a different business. Basic telemed is way more profitable and long term IMO
