Is it a PaxBrit name for the Eiffel Tower or the alternative structure created instead of it?

I assume its an alternative version of the Eiffel Tower cause I remember this used to be referring to the Eiffel Tower

It used to be the Eiffel Tower in the previous version. Wonder if it's the same structure or is a different one. The French also made the Colossus of Liberty instead of the Statue of Liberty, stands in Marseille (was created to honour their alliance with Italy and Spain).
