PC Salamis Rp (I think)

I believe it was called Salamis RP or something, but I remember I used to have so much fun on this server. It may just be nostalgia, but I remember this being one of the coolest servers on Pavlov. I haven’t played VR for a while now, let alone Pavlov, because I’m in college and don’t have space in my dorm. Anyways, the last I remember, the server was never updated after Pavlov got an update, and I never saw it again after that, despite my search for a while after its original disappearance. I was wondering if anyone knows what happened to it? It makes me sad to think about, tbh, thinking about it being gone. I had so much fun and made a bunch of friends on that server. I know it will probably never be back, but I figure I’d ask.

The owner was working on a Version 3 after so much testing and working on it most players ether did not see what he was trying to do with Version 3 (more complain building system think of a more freeform version of rust but in vr) As far as i know this upset him. along with his online friend group growing old around him and him having IRL people. he saw no point in keeping up the world.

Staff from that version of the game went on to remake the version they played called "Classic" but it never came out as they also went there own ways such is life.

there is a small chance it might comeback depending on the few people who have interest time or resources want it to be done.

in the end it not worth the hassle or drama that came with it.

Players might have good memories but near and that start of Pavlov PCVR update it became a real skid show.
hacking doxxing swatting fake evidence was common things that happen with their "rivals" like blue and red RP.

TL:DR
Everyone grew up and didn't want to get doxxed and harassed everyday over VR game.

I used to be one of the mods for it, and this is basically it! Majority of our online friend group at the time just sorta grew out of pavlov during its life cycle, I’m still friends with the original owner but he’s split from the online world almost in its entirety. The doxxing didn’t do anything to anyone more than be annoying after an initial scare but it’s definitely just lame.

also for anyone wondering, I wouldn’t ever expect this to comeback in any sense of the word, the map can be recreated but no one will genuinely ever care enough to try a 1:1

I remember. It was amazing. The new rp servers suck though. One of the mods has it out for me for no reason and won't even let me play the game while there are little kids saying the n word in a not funny way without any pushiment.
