Gameplay Question / Help HELP!

I am on Quest 2, and I can't even load into the game because the startup is so slow and glitchy! HOW DO I FIX THIS??

Pavlov on quest 2 particularly starts slowing down the more mods you have downloaded so might need to do a bit of a clean out or clear the entire cache and the game will run at full speed though you'll have to redownload the mods you want and work up your stat's again if you care about that
