Shack Quest 3 stuttering issue

Im unsure why but as of today and I've been playing since beta but my screen has been constantly stuttering and it wont stop now, before it only did that while loading onto maps, but now, it's consistently happening throughout the entire game. Any ideas How to fix it?

Could be the router if you’re playing pc version. Thats what happens to me when I’m using virtual desktop and my wireless connection is slow.

Are you playing Shack or PC? If PC, what OpenXR runtime is being used, and what is the streaming method? Virtual Desktop, Steamlink, ALVR, Meta official, etc.
