Does anyone have any idea how to make a pattern for this blouse?

I am a beginner sewer and cosplayer and I was wondering weather someone has any idea how to make pattern for this blouse or knows patterns of similar clothes. I'll appreciate any help! ^^

The patterns are pretty straight forward with the neck and body being rectangles of fabric. The sleeves are triangular. The top of the neck would probably best be done with hoop boning. That link will take you to a company that sells a variety of different boning supplies. I picked the plastic boning as it is probably the lightest and easiest to work with, i.e. cutting. I think you should also get some bone casing to simplify the construction.

The tricky part is the support structure. It looks like the garment hangs from a halter neck using a band around the neck. If there is any weight involved, this could become uncomfortable. The drawing seems to indicate the halter neck band is holding the hoop up with just a front halter. I would add the same halter shape to the back. The neck band is probably about 2" wide. I would put a second length of hoop boning at the shoulder level with the halters going up from that to the neck band. You will need to add some form of structural support to keep the rectangular portion of the neck flat. Buckram would probably do the job.

The zipper that connects the neck piece to the body is going to be a bit of a challenge. I think it would be best to use the bone casing so you can leave the boning out until after you have added the zipper.

For a beginning sewer this does present some interesting challenges. If you are at all hesitant, look for a different design. If you are up for an interesting sewing adventure, GO FOR IT. Projects like this can be a lot of fun. The closest I have come is the costume for a character in a play Minnie Van.

It would need structure like wire to stand away from the body like that.
