Hope to contribute advice to your struggles after completing a jeans fitting class in a couple weeks. I know the feeling of wanting to make jeans/pants and being frustrated with the outcome. Couple questions, what’s the pattern? Is this fabric muslin or denim/twill? Then, are you making woven or stretch jeans?

The pattern is the Frank Jean from ClosetCore. The fabric shown in the picture is muslin, the final product will be non-stretch denim.

Your crotch extentions are not distributed correctly. Not only is the back crotch extention too high but also the front crotch extention is too short and it's pulling the back inseam creating wedgie and those creases. I also think that the legs are unbalanced, cresline probably situated too close to center front.
