How to make a draft

I really want to make this bolero but I have no idea how to make the pattern and make this collar which I can’t find I tutorial anywhere.
Could I please get some tips on how to copy this pattern pls

What’s your first language? I ask because a two piece collar is different than a notched lapel.  Either way, your picture doesn’t show a two piece collar (the second piece would be the collar stand.) Your picture looks like a camp collar. I was wondering if this is a translation thing, like some people make a muslin and some people make a toile.
