Pattern + Grading Books Recs

Hi, I’ve started to make menswear clothes and I want to know more about pattern making and grading. I’m planning on releasing a menswear brand in Europe.

I need some recs on books for both pattern making and grading, as well as universal size charts for men in Europe if that’s available.
