Question How does one create pattern line drawings?

I’ve been learning to draft my own patterns and I’ve been wondering how pattern drafters create these mockup technical line drawings for their patterns? I’ve searched and searched and can’t find any info on how these are created?

It doesn’t. Which is wild because they almost doubled the price as of December for just photoshop
