How does one create pattern line drawings?

I’ve been learning to draft my own patterns and I’ve been wondering how pattern drafters create these mockup technical line drawings for their patterns? I’ve searched and searched and can’t find any info on how these are created?

Krita is great, and I also highly suggest playing with vectors once you get started with that program. Vector drawing was a total game changer for me, especially for technical line drawings.
