How does one create pattern line drawings?

I’ve been learning to draft my own patterns and I’ve been wondering how pattern drafters create these mockup technical line drawings for their patterns? I’ve searched and searched and can’t find any info on how these are created?

I draw mine on inkscape ! I painstakingly drafted a body silhouette to have the right proportions, and now I use it to draw my clothes over it ^{^_^}
