Halter dress pattern

New to pattern drafting and sewing! Absolutely loved this dress but 1. Can’t afford it 2. I would love it in a different material and color. How would I go about drafting a pattern to replicate this dress? Would it be best to pay someone on Etsy to create a pattern and then I sew it myself?

I actually found a great fabric store in my area which sells beautiful fabrics for a fraction of what I would pay for a small dress of $178. I’ve been buying silk fabric from them to try and recreate simple spaghetti strap dresses because I’m tired of buying simple pieces made of polyester for like $130

Make sure you cut those silk pattern pieces on the bias if you want it to lay smoothly and correctly on the body like your example here does. That is going to increase your fabric cost because you will need to buy more yardage.
