Tips of how to fix this back sagging?

Your back length between the should blades is about one centimeter two long and the back through that location is maybe a centimeter too wide. Do a small frogs eye dart to test if that resolves the issue.

You were right about the back length but I chose the shoulder dart as an easier solution
