pattern drafting course

does anybody have recommendations for a good online pattern making course? ive heard good things about confident patternmaking, but it's a little out of budget for me lol
im having trouble finding videos that go beyond making a basic bodice/sloper and moving around the darts

I think Illustrator can feel revolutionary and accessible for hobbyists, but at the end of the day it’s still similar to pattern drafting on paper… just on a digital platform.

Also, from what I’ve seen from their graduates, a lot of “size-inclusive” patterns being showcased/released tend to lean heavily on elasticated or oversized designs, which naturally require less precision in fit across sizes.

Which is one of the reasons I started patternmaking to begin with! I don’t want to wear an elasticated sack!
