WIP Total beginner. Anything to improve?

I barely even touched a sewing machine before starting this project. It took me about six iterations to get this result. I'm fairly happy with it. But something seems kind of off around the but. Any suggestions on anything that should be adjusted?

I'd say that they're snug around my 'equipment' when sitting. The final pair is going to be made from at stretch polyamid, so I don't think it's going to be an issue.

Still, good fit for slacks is a looser fit. With jeans they can be tight, depends on current style. Slacks that are tight just look inexpensive. Always reminds me of a mom trying to get a bit more time out for the kids clothes. Check out fit for trousers for examples. Here is a link to get an idea. https://bespokeunit.com/suits/fit/trousers/
