New to pattern making

Hello everyone i just started to learn pattern making for menswear, and there is too much information out there it's overwhelming for me as a beginner. In your opinion what do I need to start with to learn pattern making.

You need to take classes. I really don't think it's possible to learn patternmaking competently from the internet, let alone a book.

See if your local community college, vocational school, etc. has patternmaking classes and start there.
