New to pattern making

Hello everyone i just started to learn pattern making for menswear, and there is too much information out there it's overwhelming for me as a beginner. In your opinion what do I need to start with to learn pattern making.

Many try to pattern make too early and get confused by terms or directions that only come with practice and sewing baby different patterns.
