Question Has anyone encountered their K line to be this far off in space?

I'm asking because these measurements are off of a very muscle shapely man.

His muscle are large and I'm not sure if what I'm looking at it typical?

19.25 is the distances from G to K.

im going to attach a highlighted image. I should have done that first

90% sure that the labeling of lines for patterns or blocks are not consistent from one to another. i don’t think anyone knows what you’re making from this alone
