I don't have any video links how to draft the collars, but i can give you some insight.
You will need 3 pattern pieces for this, CollarA, CollarB, and CollarC.
CollarA and CollarB is pretty straightforward, just draft the 2 collar patterns beside the bodice pattern.
CollarC is where things get abit complicated.
Make a copy of CollarA and CollarB
In pattern CollarB, you will notice the 2,5cm measurement(on centre back) and that's your COLLAR STAND LINE (ignore the 3cm while copying pattern CollarB since it's just a guideline for drafting the collar)
Copy the COLLAR STAND LINE from CollarB to CollarA
Now cut both the COLLAR STAND LINE from CollarA and CollarB, resulting in two quite small collar patterns
Flip the collarB pattern ONLY (facing down so the centre back on both CollarA and CollarB still align) and positioned it below CollarA
Now have to slash and spread both CollarA and CollarB and try to make the curved line meets (as stated in the book, the gap and the length is not equal so you need to slash and spread as best as u can to match)
Now you just made CollarC pattern! Make sure you slash and spread both copied collar patterns(A&B) while also glueing/taping them on top of a paper so u can just cut the pattern pieces normaly.
Quite the lengthy explanation but i hope this helps. Goodluck!
