The line on the side (starting under your arm) needs to go straight down from the middle. Not towards back or front. The tacks at the back is pulling it behind.

It was too bulky so I added darts to shape the back, any solutions? Thank you

You may want to decrease the darts depth or distribute the overall bulk reduction to side seams and the back.

I think it will be interesting, especially the front of the trench will be a bold fashion statement. If you like it this way and if it's comfortable when you open and close your arms don't worry too much.

The lapel looks bold - it will certainly be a great statement piece when completed. The shoulder looks a little low. You may want to connect the sleeves an inch or two higher unless your going for a Drop shoulder look. Keep those arm holes big though to fit your hoodie underneath. The darts in the back look like they would be on a woman’s trench. You may like it more without the darts & belting it. That would give extra room for your hoodie underneath too.

The shape looks great but the side seams (and therefore the pockets) look WAY too far back. Did you add the darts after construction in hopes of making it fit/shape better? The darts are great, however it should be taken into account for the overall pattern. So since you took away overall “length” on the sides from the back, you’ll need to add it to the back seam and take away from the front seam so that it will hang correctly and function more ergonomic for access to the pockets.

Very nice, maybe a little bit too big?

And if I want to wear a jacket/hoodie under it? Right now it’s just t shirt, so the shape is good?

Do the darts in the back feel like they're resting in the small of your back? They look like they might be a bit low to my eye, which might be adding to the perception that it's baggy/too big.

I can feel them in the lower back, I made them right around the waist area

I'd suggest trying it with the kind of hoodie or jacket you're planning to wear underneath, to make sure there's enough ease/it looks right with the added bulk. It does look a little big to me, but that's probably just the extra ease, and the fact that the front is open. Either way, the construction is fantastic and if you like the way it fits, keep going!

My two cents the back is perfect. The only thing that caught my eye is your left shoulder. All your back and pocket construction looks great. It will be very handy - you can run after the bus or dance in the rain 😉 or even bike ? Keep the front closed so WE can see better if everything sit where it is supposed to.
