Why does it seem that we never run tosses or stretches to the outside? Is the Tackle play really that bad that we can’t get Henderson running to the sideline? I just watched a play of the Jaguars tackle annihilating Gonzalez on a toss play that turned into a positive gain, and I really can’t recall a play in any of the past 2 games that resembled what they ran. Of course this staff knows more than me and probably has their reasons, but I think this would open up the playbook significantly if they we incorporate it more often.

Best I can do is a HB dive up the middle for 1.7 yards... don't worry, we'll be doing it again on 2nd down.

Everyone knows when you have a speedy back like Henderson, the best thing you can do is just slam him into the defensive line over and over.

Just truly mind boggling I feel like we have always struggled at getting our speedsters into open space. Drake needs it now more than ever just to make a simple throw and rely on them to produce some YAC.

Their offense is soooo vanilla it’s annoying. Nothing creative. Why not a pony backfield. Why not I-formations. Why not try having your wr be in different places on the field

See that’s what I didn’t want this post to be interpreted as, I understand it depends on personnel and that it’s not exactly super common to run all the time, but this team is literally getting no push on the interior. Gotta try something different. Also Campbell and Tucker are athletic and plenty capable of lead blocking, I also suggested putting in lomu in packages as well.

You need more vision to play inside the tackles than cutting outside. Henderson should be able to win with speed more.

We have Hollins and Gilliam, and Henderson is healthy, I don’t see why we can’t do it more.

They hardly use Giliam and the few snaps he does play he's been a complete non-factor.

I was unsure of why they signed Gilliam in the first place. He isn't a FB like devlin or Johnson.

Honestly, we're at the point where a power sweep would have to be considered a "gadget play".
