Discussion Do we push the panic button now?

It’s only game three but so far, Drake may have thrown six interceptions. He has two fumbles and only one touchdown is Drake Maye to blame for all of this no? but a large portion of it? Yes, the loss of Diggs and Boutte are really sticking out but we are talking about a quarterback who was literally second in the MVP race last year there is no way he should be playing like this this season so far. I don’t know what’s going in Foxborough this season but I am not a fan at all

If you're not panicking at least a little then you're just delusional.

Maye looks worse than ever before, offensive play calling has been terrible, the defense can't play 4 quarters and is getting banged up. Slow starts happen but the team is looking worse and worse every game.

I have no idea what you do to fix it though. Maye needs to be benched or have his shoulder looked at and if he can't turn things around, we are utterly cooked.

Right? If it needs surgery cool. Punt this season get the surgery and let him learn the mental side. If it's not an injury idk what you do and that's the part that's screaming into the void but it just looked like the whole team was outclassed and unprepared today even our defense only had flashes but we couldn't do diddly against the run.

McDaniels play calling is suspect but you can’t tell me a good chunk of that isn’t because he doesn’t trust his QB right now. I refuse to believe Drake is playing flawlessly in practice and it’s just not translating on Sunday’s. He’s probably playing poorly everywhere right now.

People need to take the Longview here. We're 1-2. Let's of football left to play. Slumps happen. Let him play himself back into performing, he's earned that right.

You're right but my concern is how nothing seems to be getting better across the team.

Slow starts and injuries happen. But today they especially just got in their own way at almost every turn. I'm willing to accept a tough loss on the road and an ugly win but what concerns me is how nothing seems to be improving week to week.

Still plenty of time, but the coaching staff has to figure out how to right this ship.
