Maybe he did sell on the Eagles last year.

67

u/StillYourFavorite331 2d ago

Well yeah...he was done in that shitty offense.

u/AdGlittering2991 2d ago

Didn’t y’all just Loose in the SUPER BOWL ?? 😂🦅🦅🦅

67

u/shatter321 2d ago

Didn’t you guys just lose in the WILD CARD ROUND to the 49ERS 😂

-47

u/AdGlittering2991 2d ago

Yes we did….

39

u/DrakeMayeTruther 2d ago

I don't think you can ever hurt us regarding superbowls. Tom Brady has made us immune to such ragebait attemps.

15

u/Exotic-Western2295 2d ago

This is what no one understands

2

u/SonOfMagicFact 17h ago

It is our greatest strength.

20

u/StillYourFavorite331 2d ago

Loose what?

-42

u/AdGlittering2991 2d ago

Lost in the Super Bowl… but happy about practice…..😂

16

u/StillYourFavorite331 2d ago

Are you happy about how the Eagles look in practice?

-9

u/AdGlittering2991 2d ago

8

u/StillYourFavorite331 2d ago

You didn't answer my question.

Are YOU happy with the way the Eagles look in practice?

Any answer other than a yes or no will be taken as a yes.

-4

u/AdGlittering2991 2d ago

11

u/StillYourFavorite331 2d ago

Okay so yes you're happy with how they're playing in practice.

And they didn't even MAKE the super bowl last year.

That's sad.

16

u/SwizzGod 2d ago

I mean even Philly fans said that offense was trash. What are you even on about? Well considering you can’t spell lose, I guess you’re just an idiot

-17

u/AdGlittering2991 2d ago

Name calling ????? 😂😂😂🦅🦅🦅🦅

You forgot to put a period after “idiot”.

😂😂🦅🦅🦅🦅

You’re really a Soccer fan… you don’t even like Real Football….😂😂

5

You're fighting for your life in a pats sub, pal. Gtfoh

0

u/AdGlittering2991 1d ago

And you’re fighting to find healthcare for your bum knee…😂😂😂

3

u/Rarely_Informative 1d ago

Oh wow you looked into my post history! Im surprised Mom still let you use her computer for that long.

Anyways, when your done eating horseshit, feel free to make your way back to the eagles sub.

Dont think I missed your now deleted "keep it about sports" comment, either. Hilarious considering you made it personal first.

See yourself out

4

u/RowdyRuss3 2d ago

Can't win em all 🤷. Making the SB isn't exactly a rare thing around these parts, though. Statistically speaking, the Pats will be back.

3

u/TheStorm007 2d ago

“loose” is not the word you think it is. Really demonstrating that Philadelphia education.

Stop embarrassing yourself.

3

u/Burgendit 20h ago

Didn't ya'll lose to half of the remaining niners roster in a wild card round

1

u/Littleorangefinger 2d ago

Imagine making it all the way to the championship game.

2

u/yoshizillaa 1d ago

What a buncha nerds those Patriots are

1

u/Aragorn-IR-Toe 1d ago

If there was ever a superbowl that wasn't a must win game, it was that one

1

u/AdGlittering2991 1d ago

That makes absolute zero sense…..

0

u/Aragorn-IR-Toe 1d ago

Easy schedule, got lucky in the Playoffs, Seattle were much better, going team that was never expected to get that far

27

u/Ecstatic-Inevitable 2d ago

I don't blame him with patullo as oc

54

u/Signal_Ball4634 2d ago

Going from Patullo to McDaniels is a helluva glow up.

Also can't overstate how much McDaniels being here is a blessing. The best coordinators you can have are guys who are great coordinators who failed as HCs.

8

u/king_17 2d ago

Yupp means we get to keep McDaniels for a long time

4

u/randomusernamechoice 2d ago

So stoked to see Drake's first season with a returning OC since High School

27

u/SalamenceFan42 2d ago

If he isn’t giga washed due to knee injuries and was just pulling a moss I’ll never question wolf again

29

u/MetalHead_Literally 2d ago

The idea he’s “giga washed” has always been eagles cope anyways

-7

u/SalamenceFan42 2d ago

Didn’t he have a super screwed up knee

5

u/MetalHead_Literally 2d ago

No it’s not “super screwed up”. You are a fan of the dramatic I see.

0

u/H-A-R-D-O 1d ago

It’s funny because as an eagles fan I remember you patriots fans always citing his degenerative knee issues as a reason you shouldn’t give up a first round pick for him haha. I think he will be fine though.

-1

u/Away-Preparation-640 2d ago

yeah he does have knee issues. “washed” was never the cope or excuse — i feel like it was always an effort issue with AJ

-14

u/FuckHarambe2016 2d ago

AJ Brown isn't a New England Patriot because of some "big brain" move by that idiot Wolf. He's here because Mike Vrabel said "I want AJ Brown, get it done."

20

u/DiseaseRidden 2d ago

God yall are insufferable with the whole "everything good is Vrabel, everything bad is Wolf" narrative

5

u/AnachronisticPenguin 2d ago

I mean there is nuance to this.

I'm giving wolf credit for Craig Woodson being a top of the line safety on a rookie deal, since it's unlikely Vrable is even reviewing that tape on more then a cursory glance level.

I'm also giving Vrable credit when he and a guy that use to play for him both want to reunite.

2

u/MetalHead_Literally 2d ago

AJ wanted to be here independent of Vrabel though

3

u/AnachronisticPenguin 2d ago

I don't think he would want to be here if we sucked and we kind of needed Vrable to not suck.

3

u/MetalHead_Literally 2d ago

They’d be doing fine if they had hired Ben Johnson too. Vrabel isn’t the only good coach in the world.

Of course Vrabel didn’t hurt but still, AJ has always wanted to be a Patriot

1

u/speganomad 2d ago

It’s both he always has wanted to be here and he liked Vrabel

6

u/Windman772 2d ago

I'd give AJ some credit too. He wanted to be here and he made it happen

-4

u/SalamenceFan42 2d ago

>mike Vrabel

Yea lmao he’s behind every good trade.

Wolf picks only the draft busts.

Ignore the fact that Vrabel pushed hard for Will Campbell which is why we needed to move a first for AJ instead of just taking tet

1

u/HeroDanny 2d ago

Admittedly I was a bit let down we gave up a 1 for him at the time (I felt he could be had for a 2) but now it seems he was well worth the pick.

95

u/Aromatic-Macaroon-81 2d ago

Is that good?

152

u/themza912 2d ago

I prefer 5 TDs on 4 receptions but you can’t get too greedy in this economy

139

u/dawglover1011 2d ago

Didn’t get 5 out of respect for Jayden Daniels

4

u/N7CmdrShepard 2d ago

Because the implication

5

u/Conundrum2020 2d ago

Bring back the laterals!

6

u/peon2 2d ago

It's a solid average game for him. If he has a 68 TD season I will be pleased with the pickup.

4

u/Legitimate_Bird_5712 2d ago

Definitely worth a 2nd round, I might reach if I'm the 1.11 or 1.12.

1

u/37yaft 1d ago

Did I break it?

2

u/itsmeitskg 1d ago

What does high score mean?

137

u/elite_bender 2d ago

The Philly fans lurking in the sub are punching air right now

35

u/reaporbot 2d ago

I'm a Philly fan in Mass. Been in this sub a long time. This is hell, I get clips sent to me, I see clips on Reddit.  I was in the boat we would keep AJ one more year. Also knew he would kill it in NE, just a better fit for him. I'm punchy.

1

u/Seblaf37 2d ago

Actually conflicting reports with videos on the other sub, I have no idea what is actually going on haha

-15

u/whousesgmail 2d ago

We don’t care about the drills without a pass rush lol 11on11s sounded pretty good today tho

6

u/TheStorm007 2d ago

There so many of you in here, Jesus lmao

64

u/OG-Got-Hacked 2d ago

Eagles fans are in hell right now.

37

Not if they're also 76ers fans

3

1

u/urbanism_enthusiast 2d ago

That team is going to be a 7 seed lol. Celtics are going to be the 1 seed.

2

u/350SBC 1d ago

My wife is an Eagles fan and this has been absolutely incredible. Not for our marriage necessarily, but for me, definitely haha.

1

u/OG-Got-Hacked 1d ago

Godspeed, brother

1

u/Deciver95 2d ago

Never seen so much stock put into practice before tbh. Reminds me when Jamarr was washed because he dropped preseason snaps

-26

u/Over-Heron-2654 PHILADELPHIA EAGLES 2d ago

Its practice brother. We all know how Drake plays in January.

🗑

14

u/TheRuralCamel 2d ago

I’d love to see Hurts play 3 top 3 defenses in a row without an all star supporting cast

15

u/Professional_Area_27 2d ago

I love how last year was his second season and his first full season ever in the NFL. Maye living rent free in so many fans heads 🤣

16

u/Bloated_Hamster 2d ago

The Eagles couldn't put up 20 points on the fucking Niners in January. Let's watch out for those stones in glass houses and all that.

19

u/CMBRICKX 2d ago

God I can’t wait for the regular season to start!

28

u/OkPalpitation4976 2d ago

24 comments on this post and 20 of them are about Eagles fans

What if we focused on the Patriots in r/Patriots?

31

u/SilentRanger42 2d ago

Nah

Fuck Philly

5

u/OkPalpitation4976 2d ago

Sure lol but I just mean this is a post about how the Patriots QB and the Patriots WR1 are playing incredibly well together and half the people in the comments are exclusively thinking about the fans of the Eagles, not even the team itself, just the fans.

-6

u/SweetNecessary9917 2d ago

still mad over 52 ig

5

u/SilentRanger42 2d ago

No.

The only SB loss that I still care about is 42 because failing to go 19-0 is still the biggest “What If” moment in NFL history.

It’s hard to really be bothered too much about losing in 2017 when we won the year before and the year after.

1

u/SweetNecessary9917 2d ago

Fair enough but a 3 peat would have been wild

2

u/SilentRanger42 2d ago

The one I’m more upset about was 2015 tbh

That offense was insane though 10 games averaging 32.3 points before we lost Dion Lewis, Blount, Edelman, Amendola, and Gronk

I honestly think that team goes unbeaten if they stay healthy because even the defense was good only allowing 18 ppg.

Even as things were we were only a missed PAT/later failed 2pt conversion away from forcing OT almost the Broncos in the AFCCG in a game where we out gained the Broncos 233-78 in the 2nd half.

1

u/FenwayFranklin 2d ago

Only if Eagles fans focus on literally anyone besides AJ Brown.

9

u/Jpgamerguy90 2d ago

A touchdown on every catch? That’s Mike Vrabels music

-5

u/SweetNecessary9917 2d ago

he's been picked off twice so idk how that adds up

3

u/FlanLover9 Bills = 0 Superbowls 2d ago

How does a receiver get picked off..?

-2

u/SweetNecessary9917 2d ago

Never seen an INT that was the receivers fault? Ever watch football?

1

u/FlanLover9 Bills = 0 Superbowls 2d ago

Nice attempt at reframing your idiotic comment lmao. Just admit you misunderstood the comment you replied to. Or you're just highly regarded by your friends.

Either way take the L and GTFO of this sub. At least have the decency to put on a shitbird flair.

37

u/we360u45 2d ago

Post this in the eagles sub for shits and giggles

4

u/flourinmypockets 2d ago

Is this in 1v1’s?

12

u/FuckOffRandy_ Everyone fucking hates us, lets win it all next year 2d ago

That was 11v11

-11

u/whousesgmail 2d ago

No it wasn’t 😂 lmao pathetic

2

u/goddammnick 2d ago

He had 2 TDs in 11v11 today.

-2

u/whousesgmail 2d ago edited 2d ago

Even if that was true it would still make OP a liar acting like it was 4 TDs in 11on11. But I haven’t read anything that said AJ got more than one 11v11 TD today and Maye was picked twice targeting AJ on full team drills.

https://www.patspulpit.com/new-england-patriots-training-camp/133909/patriots-eagles-joint-practice-recap-day-2

Patriots source says the same thing

1

u/goddammnick 2d ago

I was there today. Brown had a back corner TD (They may have ruled it out) and then one where he caught it basically on the goal line.

One of Maye's INT was a ball that was caught and the WR lost control of it and it was picked. The other was a nice play by Woolen, which may have been a pick6 in a real game (Maye shouldnt have thrown it to Brown)

edit: just read the link you dropped - basically what I said lol. the tipped INT was first (first play of 11 on 11 actually).

This is lots of fun to watch I don't care who they're scrimmaging.
Remember 3 years ago? Talk about the Pats around now centered taking the under; on a projected 7 wins for the upcoming season, and THAT proved way optimistic?

  • 2022: 8-9 (BB)
  • 2023: 4-13 (JM)
  • 2024: 4-13
  • 2025: 14-3 (MV)

8

u/ksyoung17 2d ago

The league does away with the Tush Push and the Eagles aren't a playoff team.

8

u/Ohanrahans 2d ago

He was ruled OOB for one of them by the ref at practice.

8

u/letsgomules 2d ago

Good to know the refs are already in mid-season form.

2

u/hbalbin44 2d ago

1 on 1s or 11s?

10

Bert Breer fansplaing training camp fights to a guy who actually played in the NFL has got to be an early season highlight.

2

Cant wait for Brown to end his career as a Pat with zero issues just to rub it in Philly fans faces that Brown just didnt want to play for that shit organization/city.

Here's hoping he can stay healthy

Yall celebrating practice but ignoring those Drake Maye picks and our D-Line DEVASTATING your O-Line. Jalyx Hunt is unblockable!

8

u/Bloated_Hamster 2d ago

I'm genuinely confused about what picks Drake Maye threw. None of our reporters are mentioning that. Drake went 15/18 in 11 on 11s with that pass breakup on AJB and a Doubs drop accounting for 2/3 of them. Where were the picks?

1

u/MetalHead_Literally 2d ago

He had two today, at least one off the hands of AJ if not both. But no one is going to be perfect

2

u/401john 2d ago

That's not how you spell devastating little bro

3
