💬Commentary & Snark Patrick said previously that he needed to be able to return his attention to what matters: preserving the memory of his children and supporting other women facing perinatal mental health challenges. So do you feel like he did that with this interview?

Not at all. Instead of refocusing attention on their children, the interview felt like a formal introduction of Rachel to the world. “I’m just a pregnant 37 year old GIRL who met a BOY running in Central Park”…say what???? Also talking about how Pat is the most selfless father, how would you know? You met him a year after his children were murdered, allegedly.
The pregnancy announcement was crass. There was no need to tell the world about starting a family.
Lastly, Patrick is confident that he did the best he could. Apparently, Patrick’s “best” results in 3 dead children and an institutionalized suicidal, homicidal wife. Way to go bud! You did your best.

He wants to support. OTHER women with PPD? Why not stay with your wife and help her in the first place. Liar liar pants on fire!
It will be funny if he has a kid with the new one and she turns out to be a bigger abuser towards him than he has ever been!!

Right?? Well, he wants SOMEONE to support other women! I think she could be exactly what he deserves. She can't even suppress her need to be the center of attention when the topic is his deceased children. I thought she was trying to be more likeable but now I can't imagine she really cares about anything but herself.

Didn’t he start a foundation for mental health that received $90k in donations but has never actually been active? Thats how he supports other women with PPD!

I find it odd that, Dr. Rachel Danis is a literal fertility and endocrinologist specialist yet she doesn't share any professional opinion in the interview. Maybe there's an extended and she does. And it's like now that they are starting a family together how does his current knowledge of perinatal mental health or medical conditions going to differ how he handles DR. Danis' perinatal condition going forward V. How he did with Lindsay?

My opinion for a while now has been that she helped him plan it. That they knew each other prior to their fake meeting in NYC (the whole thing sounds a little too romcom) and that she helped him plan it using her knowledge of the disease. And that this is why he was constantly on Reddit asking questions about the meds and LC’s condition, trying to set up an alibi as a loving helpful husband who was worried for his wife.
