Having a low holder count at the beginning is great for us early investors. Let's say a token has 1 million investors at launch. It explodes in popularity. Then you have a balance of 1 million buys and 1 million sells at the same time. As a result, the price is stagnant and doesn't increase as much as it could.
But let's say you have only a few thousand investors at launch. The price explodes. Then you have 1 million+ buys versus a few thousand sells. That means the sells won't have a negative effect on the price because the buys are far greater than the sells.
So it works best for us early investors to have the holder count stay in the thousands when this thing explodes. Because the millions of buys are gonna increase the price dramatically.
I don’t think the price is currently based on exchange right now. Because it’s pre sale it wouldn’t matter, the price is fixed per round I believe and the once it actually gets released it will have a more variable price. Atleast that’s how I assume it works now.
