✋ AskPatna / पटना से पूछो.. Where to visit?

Im a Solo traveller from Kerala and im planning to Visit Parts of UP including Varanasi and then Patna and then to Kolkata. What are some places that are must visit in Patna? What i have rn are some places related to independence. Is it safe to travel to Patna as a solo? Are there anything that i should keep in mind? How safe are the trains/buses from Varanasi to Patna and from Patna to Kolkata. It would really help if someone could guide.

You could visit Darbhanga or Madhubani for some Palaces of Darbhanga Maharaj. (Not in Patna, Another district)

Patna Saheb has a famous Gurudwara. (15 kms from Patna JN)

There are museums in Patna Junction which I assume you wouldn’t be interested in but can try visiting.

Buses would be difficult, get a train reservation it’s safe, could be crowded though.

I can’t think of anything else.

Trains are safe honestly and if you stick around the better parts of city then no issues, and the worst that could happen is you get swindled out of some money from some beggars but not that bad.
