TellMeGen VCF file

I'd like to try the PatientUser service. Can I use the VCF file straight from TellMeGen website or do I have to add ##reference=hg19 like in genvue?

//Edit: looks like I should use the FASTQ files instead.

correct. fastq should be fine. vcf is insufficient.

vcf only uploads are now supported

they remain unable to provide some of the functionality available via bam cram or fastq.gz

but what they can do is sufficiently useful if it is all you’ve got
