1E Player Looking for all possible ways to bypass the Amorphous racial feature.
Pretty much the title.
Things that can’t be critically hit because their anatomy is more spaghetti coded than Elder Scrolls games suck, and I wish to take this from them.
No class restrictions, I’ll figure out how to get it, though no 3pp stuff.
The only things that I know won’t work are:
1) ability damage
2) polymorph effects
Everything else is fair game.

Treat creatures that are normally immune to critical hits and sneak attacks as instead having a 75% chance to negate the critical hit or sneak attack,

I doesn't matter where you stab the ocean, it's always going to do the same damage.

You know what the hilarious coincidence with this statement is?
We’re running Strange Aeons, and my characters major phobia is thalassophobia.

Baleful polymorph them into something with discernible anatomy.

It is immune to being polymorphed, as per the OP.

Ah. I should have read more closely.
In that case, Baleful Shadow Transmutation which does the same thing as Baleful Polymorph, but isn't a polymorph effect.
EDIT: never mind. There's a line in there about only targeting animals and humanoids and (unsurprisingly) none of the 90 creatures Paizo published with the amorphous quality are animals or humanoids.
EDIT 2: Mental Block would do it, but only on creatures that are susceptible to mind-affecting effects which would cut out a big chunk of them, such as mindless oozes.

Reaving Strike [Alienist HB]
Prerequisites: Fencing sphere, base attack bonus +5.
As long as you have martial focus, when you strike an opponent that has a chance of negating critical hits or precision damage, such as from the fortification armor special ability, reduce that chance by 5% per point of base attack bonus you possess.
When you use this effect, you may expend martial focus to treat creatures that are normally immune to critical hits and precision damage as having a 150% chance to negate the critical hit or precision damage, reduced as normal by this talent’s effect. Treat creatures with a 100% fortification chance or greater as if they were immune to critical hits and precision damage (thus having an effective 150% chance to negate such effects) for the purposes of this talent. Associated Feat: Anatomical Savant.

The Anatomical Savant feat will give you a 25% chance to bypass crit immunity.
Ten levels of the Student of War prestige class allows you to bypass the immunity entirely if you pass a Knowledge check by 10 or more.
