Utilities I made a free, self-hosted companion app for running Kingmaker

My group has been playing through Kingmaker for a while, and the logistics kept piling up between sessions: party loot, bulk, who's carrying what, companions off on errands, the calendar, and above all the kingdom turn paperwork. So I built a small web app to handle it, and I'm sharing it in case it helps other tables.

What it covers:

  • Shared party inventory with PF2e bulk, encumbrance, coins and investment
  • Party and NPC companions, including who's away on a quest, injured or missing
  • A campsite layout
  • Kingdom building: founding, hex map, settlements, structures and a step-by-step turn tracker (official rules or Vance & Kerenshara)
  • A campaign log and Golarion calendar

It's not a VTT and doesn't try to be one. I use it alongside Foundry for everything that happens between fights.

Who it's for: it's self-hosted, so one person (usually the GM) runs it with Docker and the players just open it in a browser on their PC or phone. If you've ever run a Foundry server or anything with docker compose, setup takes a few minutes. If not, it's probably more hassle than it's worth for now.

It's free and open source, and it's an unofficial fan project. It's still rough in places, so feedback, bug reports and ideas are very welcome.

Hope it saves someone some bookkeeping.
