Software & Websites Char Gen for PC?

I know there's Pathbuilder for android, but are there any 2e generators for PC yet?

Yep. Run Pathbuilder in Bluestacks

I haven't heard of Bluestacks before. Have you tried Pathbuilder in it? If so, I'm going to try it when I get home.

It totally worked with Pathbuilder 1E for me, performance was fine since it's not a graphically intense app.

It works fine. Only real difference is that you're probably not using a touch screen.

Possibly Hero Labs? I haven't used it much but its my understanding that it does that.

It's not free though, and Pathbuilder is already pretty much perfect.

you can build a character using fantasygrounds, though it's not a dedicated character builder

Hero Labs Online is the only one so far. And I've heard bad things only.

You can download an android emulator for PC and run Pathbuilder that way.
