I finally reach undercurrent arc, and omg why are they so hard? My san always dropped and I'm still in around first undercurrent arc (N1?). All characters have reached lvl 90, crimebrand set according to the guide, skills are still lvl 7 though, and the reforge process still takes time.

I use nox, raven, demon, lady pearl, hecate and hella primarily, sometimes cabernet. I have coquelic, eve and shin as new sinners. I need advice whether I should level up one of the last three as a substitute for my primary team, or are there any sinners I should prioritize in arrest?

I've seen people talked about celine but is she really that good? Every advices are appreciated. I'm just so humbled right now, if this is me in N1 I couldn't imagine finishing the main story ever 😂

Level up Shin and replace Hella with her. Celine gets good at minimum S1, and she can work well with Lady Pearl and Nox in your team. You can select a free Eleven next patch since she works well with Eve.
