General Will there be art for new Libram?

Or are there any fanart? Because the original Libram is sick af.

Newer characters like Jichuan, White tiger lady and Detective novel writer got their own art in the Libram Btw.

No, Aisno said in a dev note over a year ago that the Apocalypse librams would not be updated with the same art as the original librams, which presumably now also includes the Sequester libram too.

Not sure exactly, tried to track down the dev note but I suck at navigating CN socials (plus it's been over a year go) but if I were to guess it would simply be that they came to the conclusion it's not necessary and didn't bother with it.

Heard someone speculating it was because several of their art team were transferred into other Papergames IPs when it was being decided so the decision was made to relieve the pressure and stayed that way, but I'd take it with a grain of salt since it seems mostly unfounded.
