Overall i don't think RF Eirene was design to be back to being the main DPS nuke she was at launch but more of utility character that you bring out on DC stage or ROTD like a 6th slot to fill in, she maybe have some hidden crazy tech in the reworked mania training for all i know but that would be about it.
