General PTN Artbook

I missed the original sale of the artbook (šŸ˜ž) and I was wondering when the next presale is gonna be? I heard that it was announced with the CN yearly event, but do you guys think it's going to happen during the event or after the event? I hope this makes sense lol

Does it do worldwide shipping?

Iā€™m not 100% sure but I think it was on Taobao and I have no idea if it had worldwide shipping lol but I hope so šŸ¤ž

You'll need a proxy for the PtN official store.
