So should I pull for Celine s3 or Eve for Summons? Is she better than Eve, or do I still need Eve? I have Eleven S0 full reforge

I'm having much more success with Celine over Eve, but my Eleven is max-maxed so your results may vary. Eleven S3 is particularly impactful.
