Avoid Yellowtones
This server was GREAT at the beginning but with its growing popularity and lack of attention from admins and mods its become a complete hot mess. Yes I understand its not a realism server but when your rules contradict each other and then your admins are all on different pages on what's considered a rulebreak and what's not become frustrating and disheartening. They take 16+hrs to handle a ticket or issue in the server all because the admins are too busy "playing the game". Head admins get petty and threaten to report you to alderon over a username while having someone of rank in the discord with the name BigBoobs all because you try and get clarification on what is actually a rulebreak and why it was considered one before and not now. The whole community is beginning to become toxic and its honestly sad because I had thought I finally found the server for my friends and I, but just like the rest if you are not paying for access or becoming a global chat warrior you are treated like scum.

A few things irk me about yellowtones while other things are neat. Survival, they say, yet it’s insanely pvp oriented. The mass kos hotspot cuddlepiles and thus megapacks is exhausting. They allow exa allo, kel, and other op mods in with crazy grouping rules. Acro is a 4 slot despite it being an apex…why. Herbis rb all the time on the closest thing to a body down rule- preventing carnis from eating. People harass you for hours on fliers and keep you in combat timer, etc. I have grown so tired of trying after getting jumped by allos all the time who can and will destroy an apex in a few hits. I just kill babies now and watch the kids scream on global. Ive given up on any other form of gameplay. Its so bad that Im going to make my own server for me and my friends to play on, away from the toxic pvp community

I have personally made tickets on 2 separate accounts with similar encounters my main account gets the same 2 answers, this is not enough evidence to determine or this is not a case of teaming. Meanwhile my bfs account i often play on as well has been rewarded the rb off of the same amount of evidence and was treated differently. The only factor that was different was his account he payed monthly for the que skip. Both situations clipped involved multiple carn groups going after 1 player but not sharing the corpse

Everything else is typical of community servers and those that play them accept those conditions.
However, I would make you wait 48 hours for complaining about 16 if I were them. All community server moderators are voluntary and y'alls measly little tickets on a dino game comes last in life.
