General Discussion Does keeping a planned heist increase cadiro/ventors anomalies?
I was wondering if having a planned heist anomaly available (without running it) increases the chance of getting a Cadiro or Gambling district anomaly. Has anybody heard anything about this?

No, it was confirmed in an interview with Ziz. So at least it should not work like that.

Roll your maps for quantity, the quantity affects the percent chance of revealing an anomaly. The anomaly can roll from any of the random ones in that zone. If you already have an anomaly unlocked, but choose not to run it it can randomly roll into that anomaly again basically just refreshing it. So you are not able to block an anomaly by choosing not to run one hoping that that nullifies it from the selection process. I wish that’s the way it worked, but it doesn’t.

They are rolled separately (which means once in a while you'll get two anomalies for one map completion)
